Did you know that in the 1800's a popular saying on the bookmarks was "no cross, no crown." What does this mean for?
you? For me, this means that we must endure difficulties and troubles that our precious Lord has done that in the same way, it was crowned, we wear crowns days. He faced the cross he could lead to the glorious resurrection morning.
If we do not carry or carry our cross (in this life), we will not get to wear a crown of glory in the afterlife. It reminds me of the "Casting Crowns" Contemporary Christian Group, and the verse in the traditional hymn "Holy, Holy, Holy !"---" Casting down golden crowns around the glassy sea. "As the song," Will there be many stars in my crown? " It would not be a bad idea to start printing the new bookmarks purchased at Christian bookstores in 2010!
