Santa Claus?
At what age do people tell their children that Santa isn't real? Nobody told their children or have you just sort of let up their own mind? Does anyone believe that their children really know santas not real, but pretend for fear of not being this more? At what age did you stop beieving in Santa?
My mom and I discussed when I approached. I 7 years old when she told me there was a man named Kris Kringle who has made a long time ago to help children in his town to celebrate. We examined the story line up ..... Kris Kringle Country of Origin: Germany and America The figure of Santa Claus begins first to occur in the Pennsylvania Dutch in the mid 1820s as Kris Kringle, or, as he was also known Belsnickle. Belsnickle is a derivative from the German "Pelz-Nickel," which means "Nicholas in Furs." Belsnickle would travel the Pennsylvania countryside ringing his bell looking good children to give her small gifts of cakes and nuts to. If Belsnickle came across a child who had not behaved in the past year, he warned the child to be good or it could give them a smack with his penis. Once I realized that Santa Claus was not as magical as the cartoons that I was well ..... but my mother still added gifts under the tree, but they were balls crunchy peanut or corn with nuts in them ... Kris Kringle signed as well ......... what is pure is now that I live in Germany and my husband and I go to Trier Germany and they have a house with Kris Kringle memorablia. I'm glad my mother talked with me because I remember kids pick on other children and make fun of them because they believed in Santa. Kris Kringle may not have had a sled, but he had a heart of gold ..... just be honest with your child when they begin to question Santa Claus. Good luck and Happy Holidays
