I know what you are referring to, but the claims you listed are pure pseudoscience and urban legend. Pure gold normally exists in a metallic crystalline state, but recently it's been found to form microclusters under vaporization and condensation, with varying physical properties (see first link), and only in extremely tiny amounts. But all the above claims are false.
Moreover, what's being sold as monoatomic gold health drinks to help "raise your consciousness" and deliver "life-giving frequencies" (see 2nd link) are really just very dilute solutions of a soluble gold salt, usually just gold(III) chloride. Gold(III) chloride forms an ionic solution. Check out the MSDS below (3rd & 4th links) for potential health hazards of this compound: "Very hazardous in case of skin contact (irritant), of eye contact (irritant), of ingestion, of inhalation.... Laboratory experiments have resulted in mutagenic effects. " That doesn't sound like a healthy thing to me.
