Does it sound like I have ADD (attention defecit disorder) or is this just common?
I'm an extremly daydreamy kind of person and when I'm in college it drives my teachers nuts because I'm always daydreaming or not listening to what they are talking about. I can't help it.....when something isn't interesting to me I can't listen for more than 10 minutes no matter how hard I try. Then when I'm tired it's even worth...I'm literally in another dimension lmao. I've also had a problem where I sometimes ignore people and I don't really know I'm doing it. It has offended people in the past, but I didn't mean anything.
I don't find that I'm too disorganized or forgetful though......my car is very sloppy and I'm generally pretty sloppy with books....but I wouldn't say disorganized. I sometimes forget about things....but I don't find I'm worse than other people.
I tend to talk fast and am random sometimes....but I don't know if these are symptoms. My half-brother on my mom's side has a lot of ADHD.....I don't think I have that though...just maybe ADD.
you probably do have ADD...i was diagnosed with it when i was 8 and i also tend to not listen to people when they are talking and it doesnt interest me...sounds harsh...but thats just how my brain works...you should see a dr and see about getting on some meds to help you concentrate more..
