Red Circle with white cross is driving me BONKERS. Please help a rookie!?
OK. Thank you for reading this, I am getting desperate.
I am getting an icon (red circle/white cross) in the task bar. It is saying "Your computer in infected! Click here to run spyware " It will not let me open up task manager. It will pop open a window if I do not click on it. I think it keeps causing Internet to encounter problems & close so I am scared to download a program to fix it
I have been doing some research on the other computer & am lost.
What is the best program I can download (willing to pay) to find & fix this problem? It looks like Spyware is good, but I just dont know!!
Any advice & experiences you have with this is greatly appreciated. Thank you

You'll probably have to use safe mode with networking to be to download and install it.You can run the scan in safe mode too,it's free by the way.
